Did great job! Quick and done! Shop is big and normally messy means good work. Clean shop not always good. This one is a gem hard to find a good body shop! Thank you Jose!

Remember that microburst storm in May 2025? Where the hail was flying sideways? I had all these little dings, approximately over 100 of them. It was the driver's side. My car was under a carport and the hail STILL came at it. After that burst, I couldn't get in to a body shop for a while since a lot of folks were in my same position. And then life. Cut to: Finally being able to report my claim and find a body shop. I am SO GLAD I found Jose and his shop. Quick to communicate, a consummate professional and was able to give solid updates as we went along the claims process. It took about 2 weeks as he mentioned and when I got my car back, it was in PRISTINE shape. All those tiny hail dings were just gone. Very appreciative of Jose and his work!

5 stars definitely is an understatement. Jose and his team did a fantastic job with the repair. Response time was quick, service was efficient, and would definitely reccomend them to anyone in the area looking to repair their vehicle.

This was my first experience working with Lone Star Auto Body & Refinishing & it's owner Mr. Jose Perez. I brought him an older vehicle, 2012, with the request to install a custom back bumper with swing arm spare tire mount right side and a ladder install on the left back of the vehicle. Not exactly routine work on any vehicle. Mr. Perez communicated clearly about the costs involved and although it took a little took longer than planned, he honored his original estimate and was very fair about additional and unforseen work/costs involved in completing the project in the best and most solid way possible. As a native Austinite and an individual who's business and livelihood depends on one's Word, good business and loyal referrals from past clients. My experience with Lone Star Body & Mr Perez demands and deserves the highest referral rating. A great shop staffed by true professionals. Sincere thanks to these gentlemen for their great work. These guys were great. They were very professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. They even gave me a loaner car while my truck was in the shop. I brought my truck in for some rust on the top and side panel, and I was quoted a very good price for the work. They also noticed additional rust that I hadn’t seen and sanded it down before it could get worse. They didn’t even charge me extra for that service, which was awesome. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. For all of my auto body needs, I will be coming here from now on, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
